============================

This document declares the Conformity for the Ethernet-Mux to the relevant
UK requirements for this product.

With this declaration we take full responsibility for the products
compliance to the relevant statutory regulations.

FCC Part 15
===========

This device has been tested against the limits for radiated emissions
according to FCC Part 15, Subbpart B as a Class B digital device (§15.109)
and has been found to be compliant with these limits.

Nevertheless measurements according to FCC Part 15 are outside of the
accreditation of the EMC laboratory conducting those measurements!

.. A note according to §15.105 has been intentionally left out since we have
   not really proven compliance with FCC Part 15.
